5. Steering Wheels and Safety

Some products sold by Akopian Auto Parts are safety-related vehicle components.

Steering wheels, airbags, electrical connections, buttons and other components should be installed correctly and, where appropriate, by a qualified professional.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in the product description, airbags are not included with steering wheels.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product is suitable for their vehicle and that installation is carried out appropriately.

6. Orders

Customers are responsible for checking all order information before submitting an order, including:

Once an order has been placed, processing and/or production may begin.

7. Processing and Production

Some products are processed and/or produced after an order has been placed.

Orders therefore may not be dispatched immediately after payment.

The processing and production stage forms part of the overall fulfilment process.

8. Delivery

Akopian Auto Parts ships from Belgium to customers throughout Europe.

The normal estimated period from placing an order to delivery is approximately 12–17 days.

Depending on the product and circumstances, the complete processing, production and delivery period may sometimes take approximately 2–4 weeks.

Customers should take this timeframe into consideration before placing an order.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by production, processing, carrier delays, customs procedures, transport disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Mandatory consumer rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

9. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed or shipped, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.

10. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
