RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

1. Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without having to provide a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.
Certain legal exceptions apply.
2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform Akopian Auto Parts of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of this policy, but you are not required to use that exact form provided that your statement clearly communicates your decision to withdraw.
3. Returning the goods
After informing Akopian Auto Parts of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and, in principle, no later than 14 calendar days after communicating your withdrawal.
Goods should be returned safely and adequately packaged.
Unless otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
4. Condition of returned products
The customer may handle and inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If the goods are handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, the customer may be liable for any resulting decrease in value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Products should therefore be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold where reasonably possible.
5. Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, Akopian Auto Parts will reimburse the payments received from the customer, including the applicable standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment, subject to the rights and conditions provided by law.
Where the customer selected a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by Akopian Auto Parts, the additional cost does not have to be reimbursed where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method has been expressly agreed.
Akopian Auto Parts may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or the customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
6. Exceptions to withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where Belgian law expressly provides an exception.
This may include certain goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.
Whether an individual product falls under an exception depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
7. Faulty or incorrect products
The withdrawal procedure is separate from the customer's statutory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products.
